Directions: From U.S. Embassy Bravo gate, turn right to walk down the hill. When you get to the main road, take a right onto Ahmet Krasniqi. Go past the red-and-white Maxi sign that will be on your right, and soon you will see Tokyo’s white, black, and red sign on the right hand side. It is in a little strip of stores right before you get to the big traffic circle. It is able to be walked in perhaps 20-25 minutes, but there is usually parking so drive if you have the option, or you can always take a taxi.
This store has just about anything you could need for any type of artistic endeavor. There are stretched canvasses, all kinds of paints, clay, stickers, glitter, all kinds of paper, bows, ribbons, markers, glues — really, you name it. There are also office supplies such as folders and staplers and pens. The prices are reasonable and the quality is high. There are three floors worth of products. The youngest amateur to the most experienced artist will each find something at Talens.
Walking Directions: (Across the street behind the National Theater/Teatri Kombetar) From U.S. Embassy Bravo gate, take a left up the hill to get to the Dragodan steps, which will be on your right. Descend the steps and cross over the main road at the bottom (Zagrebi). Go straight, following UCK road. Continue through the square and cross over the main road at the other side (Agim Ramadani), taking a right onto it. Walk straight on Agim Ramadani; PanExpert will be on your left hand side. Take a left onto this road; Talens is very shortly thereafter on your right hand side.
